This resolution seems premature in the absence of a list of specific projects that can't be funded with funds already available. When I get a credit-card application in the mail, I don't automatically apply for the card, borrow the maximum allowed, then decide how to spend my new-found illusionary wealth.

The Board acts quickly to address the charter policy after being publicly called out, yet they move slowly when asked to address the gaps and opportunities in the disciplinary process outlined in the Student Rights and Responsibilities handbook.
