Board Meeting Comments

The public should continue be allowed to make public comments after motions have been made. Not just after the initial item. This board has a large history of drastically changing items during meetings to mean very different things than the initial item. (For example the process for selecting a superintendent) As a substitution, we could allow a new session of public comment if an item's language is changed by a certain percent.
