Please choose calendar 1! Taking those half days away means I as a teacher have less time for grading and planning! The students do not engage on those days anyways. They have already checked out mentally. Secondly, the second calendar seems to have more instructional days overall (aka shorter Mardi Gras break) on top of the removed full days. Overall I think option 1 is the best option.

I'm a parent of a child who receives physical and occupational therapy weekly in school. The therapists at First Choice Therapy that have worked with our son are exceptional. On the first day at a new school, my son was nervous and didn't want us to leave. He recognized the voice of his physical therapist, Dr. Dahmer, and she comforted him. Yes Mr. Gaudet therapist are the only person a child may know when attending a new school. The therapists are always open to new ideas to achieve goals on his IEP.
