I would like the board to reconsider the contract of Dr. Narcisse. I have been in 9 school districts and 7 parishes over 16 years and have not had the support like we have had in EBR for early childcare. Everything that he has told us he would do he has done and done it above and beyond expectations. We have thousands of children now attending early childcare facilities that would have not had this opportunity if it were not for Dr. Narcisse. This will impact the reading readiness as well as the social emotional side of these children as they grow and move through our K-12 system getting a head start. Thank you
