1-B1: Resolution: ITEP

Agency/Org:
Hello all, I am walking William during Senior Night tonight so you guys get to hear my glorious comments through Patrick. I'm sure he will read them with flare.
As Finney and I battle for the most vocal constituent of District 4 I recommend my board member representative Shashonne Stewart be selected to serve on the ITEP AD HOC committee. As the recommendation says "may", I would like to remind you that may is lesser than shall. If you choose to ignore this go with Cole as we do not know who the President will be in January.

Please take note that is not clear what the recommended action is, so the placement of public comment ahead of any board discussion seems purely symbolic, which several of us mentioned as a possible outcome of the recently-revised comment policy. It might not be such a big deal if this item was going through the usual process of a Committee of the Whole discussion being followed by final adoption at a later meeting. Beware of slippery slopes.
2-D1: Oversight Committee Financial Update

Agency/Org:
I am going to keep making this plea that the Broadmoor Middle money be taken and it be demolished, then the rest split evenly in 2028 between Sherwood Middle and Tara, both of whom are in the tax plan in 2028 for only 5 million and have NEVER received anything other than cosmetic touch ups. They have never have any construction or anything fixed. They absolutely haven't had a brand new building that part of it was ruined and are getting $200,000 in repairs for sports. No, Tara's track is simply condemned and they can't use it for years and no one cares because they don't have loud parents.
After Broadmoor is demolished we can take it back to the tax payers to see what they want to do with the property. Selling the land to Brec. Is a wonderful suggestion making us money and bringing value to the neighborhood as well as strengthening our partnership.
2-D3: Amended Policies

How many hours are currently in the General Sick Leave Bank? This is crazy when we don't really have much in there. I understand this is state law, and we don't really have a choice, but this would have been a really great opportunity to have still brought the policy Nichola and I were working on forward. Yes, apparently hell has, in fact, frozen over.
On another note, these are clearly not all germane to each other; therefore, should not be one item. Ah look at you agreeing with me Patrick. HAHA you see what I did there.
