I am not in favor of adding 10 minutes to the beginning and end of the school day. This will interfere with extracurricular activities that we scheduled before the school year started and we cannot reschedule.

Why isn’t the superintendent filing a waiver? It states that he can because of section ii in laws

99 minutes means 2 minutes per class.
That is 8 minutes per day.
Reduce lunch shifts to 28 minutes and you don't need to change the attendance time.
